Shipping policy

We make every GPC order freshly printed and packed just for you. Here's everything you need to know about getting it to your door.

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time


Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.89. Free shipping applies automatically on all orders over $65 — no code needed.

We currently ship to US addresses only.


Production Time

Every item is printed to order. Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for your item to be printed, packed, and ready to ship. During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays) it may be closer to the 3-day end.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our production partner.


Delivery Estimate

Once your order has been printed, packed, and picked up by the carrier, expect delivery within 2–5 business days across the US.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder first — then reach out to us at support@guineapigculture.com.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once a package has shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver it. If your order has not arrived, please notify us within 30 calendar days from the shipping date so we can assist.

If we do not receive a delivery issue report within this timeframe, we are no longer able to offer a refund or reprint, and the order will be considered fulfilled.

⚠️ Important: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete addresses may fail to deliver, and we are not liable in such cases.
