Satisfaction Guarantee
Please note that as all items are made to order, we typically cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process has started. We encourage you to carefully review product details and sizing information before making a purchase.
If you need to cancel your order, the request must be made within 12 hours of purchase. If your request is received within 12–24 hours, we will do our best to cancel it, but please note that if your item has already entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you are not happy with your order, contact us at support@guineapigculture.com within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout. Size charts are provided on all product pages to assist with accurate selection. Incorrect size selection is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a refund. However, if you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us at support@guineapigculture.com within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to arrange an exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The product arrives damaged
- There is a printing or production fault
- You received the wrong item
To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and must meet the following conditions:
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
- All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@guineapigculture.com.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Colour preference differences
- Normal wear and tear
- Items that have been washed or worn
